Jakarta, 29 June 2018 – Improving its product to support the adoption of technology inrecruitment, Urbanhire announced its latest feature, an online psychometric assessment.With this feature, recruiters are able to administer psychometric assessment to candidates simply through Urbanhire dashboard. This is the result of close collaboration between Urbanhire and Aon’s Assessment Solutions.

The psychometric assessments offer more than 70 type of assessments to choose from to measure aptitude, ability, personality and job-fit. Administer the assessment from the platform. It’s available in 40 languages, the assessments are standardized by European Federation of Psychologists Associations (EFPA) dan American Psychological Association (APA). The test is adaptive and results are unique for each candidate and will be able to give recruiters a wider perspective of the candidate’s potential.

Unlike paper-and-pencil based psychometric assessments, an online assessments could decrease cost, like logistic expenses, reducing time and effort and easily managed as it’s accessible through Urbanhire dashboard. Recruiter of a company can manage the whole process under one platform, from sending assessment invitations to viewing final reports.
